Start your future while working in your field
Take classes at ÌÇÐÄVlog¹Ù·½ while working as an apprentice plumber.
Prepare for your journeyman card
Our program combines both real world, on-the-job training with classroom learning. The apprenticeship lasts four years. You'll do 144 hours of related training per year and 8,000 hours of on-the-job training. Afterward, you can take your licensing exam through the Oregon Building Codes Division. With a few more courses, you can get your associate degree in construction technology.
WHAT YOU'LL LEARN
- Use plumbing tools and techniques
- Understand industry safety standards like OSHA and building codes
- Understand general trade skills for construction
AFTER LANE
After your apprenticeship, you can apply for a journeyman plumber license. The current minimum Journey-level wage for Plumbers is $41.29 per hour.
Turn your coursework into a degree
Earn a certificate on your road to apprenticeship. You'll take more classes to deepen your skills and earn 1 year certificate.
