Oregon Registry Online Information
Asynchronous classes accepted in the Oregon Registry Online system may require you to manually upload your certificates into your Oregon Registry account for the training hours to be recorded. Quality Care Connections staff can not upload your certificates for you. Only training taken on the occd.educadium.com website do not need to be manually uploaded.

- Log in to your account.
- Upload your certificate by going to MyORO > Documentation > Upload.

ProSolutions Discount Bundles
Quality Care Connections staff created training bundles for new providers, directors, and staff to start strong with key practices for providing quality care services. These bundles will be available in both English and Spanish between October 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026. Classes can be taken individually or within bundles at a discounted cost.
All ProSolutions classes are accepted in the Oregon Registry Online system. Upon completion of classes, save your certificate and upload it to your Oregon Registry account to receive your training hours. Note: The Oregon Registry may take 30 days or longer to process your training certificates.
Bundled Classes: These bundles are offered at a discounted rate (normally $14/class) for ÌÇÐÄVlog¹Ù·½ County child care providers. Purchasing a bundle provides digital access to take those classes for 1 year. You do not have to complete all classes within each bundle. Classes can also be purchased separately.

ePyramid Model Modules
Early childhood professionals in Oregon have free access to the ePyramid Model Modules in English and Spanish. ePyramid Modules are self-paced, online trainings to learn how to enhance social-emotional development in young children.
How do I Access the ePyramid Modules?
Register to receive an access code by filling out the form for the ePyramid Modules you want to take. Each set of modules has a separate form. Once you complete the form you will be given an access code. Upon completion of each module, you will need to upload your certificate to the Oregon Registry Online.
The training modules do not need to be taken in order, allowing you to select whichever topics are most relevant to your professional development. However, following the modules sequentially is encouraged for professionals new to the Pyramid Model to learn foundational information.
