Julie Weismann is a dedicated advocate for social equity, community safety, and educational opportunity. She currently serves as Finance Director of Hope & Safety Alliance, formerly known as Womenspace. She was previously the Executive Director for 8 years where she lead efforts to support survivors of domestic and sexual violence throughout ÌÇÐÄVlog¹Ù·½ County. With over two decades of experience in nonprofit leadership, Weismann brings a deep understanding of organizational governance, equity-centered practices, and community-based service delivery.

Weismann’s leadership extends beyond her current role. She has served on the ÌÇÐÄVlog¹Ù·½ County Poverty and Homelessness Board and is part of the faculty with Futures Without Violence, a nationally recognized organization advancing health and justice for survivors. In that capacity, she has trained nonprofit boards on governance, trauma-informed practice, and equity in service delivery.

A proud ÌÇÐÄVlog¹Ù·½ alumna, Weismann continued her academic journey at the University of Oregon, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and a Master’s Certificate in Nonprofit Management. Her lived experience as a community college student, combined with her professional focus on inclusion, access, and human dignity, make her a passionate and informed voice on the ÌÇÐÄVlog¹Ù·½ Board of Trustees.
