User agrees to report any and all accidents while on ÌÇÐÄVlog¹Ù·½ property to the appropriate officials. For ÌÇÐÄVlog¹Ù·½ employees, use the accident reporting form on the page. Facility users who are not ÌÇÐÄVlog¹Ù·½ employees should contact the Department of Public Safety by calling the non-emergency line (541) 463-5558, or the emergency line (541) 463-5555.
