PASS ÌÇÐÄVlog¹Ù·½ serves individuals whose first language is not English by offering supported education and training opportunities to ensure skill advancement and equitable access to employment in quality jobs. PASS ÌÇÐÄVlog¹Ù·½ is for those who are interested in transitioning to credit classes while working on academic skills and receiving extra support to succeed. When admitted to PASS ÌÇÐÄVlog¹Ù·½, you will enroll in college classes and in the PASS ÌÇÐÄVlog¹Ù·½ support class to strengthen your academic skills.

In PASS ÌÇÐÄVlog¹Ù·½ programs, you receive the following benefits:

  • Individualized coaching
  • Proactive cohort advising
  • Contextualized reading and study skill development
  • Student Success Workshops and services which include employer speakers, industry tours and more.

Upon completion of PASS ÌÇÐÄVlog¹Ù·½ options, you can:

  • Complete a Career Pathway Certificate or other employment training certificate
  • Earn college credits towards a related Associate degree
  • Enhance both job search and college success skills
  • Receive continued support in either job search or academic transition based on individual goals

  • How long is the program? Program can be completed in as little as 3 terms.
  • What certification do I earn? Students can expect to earn an Early Childhood Education CertificateCredit for Prior Learning is available for students who earn sufficient hours in the Oregon Registry by taking workshops in English or Spanish.

  • How long is the program? Students complete after 3 terms.

  • How long is the program? This program is extended to 2 terms, versus the traditional 1 term model, in order to specifically provide language learning support to English Learners.
  • What certification do I earn? Students will prepare to take the Oregon State Board of Nursing exam to earn a .
  • When do I start? Fall term
  • How long is the program? 3-4 terms
  • What certification do I earn? You can expect to earn the , which is designed to prepare you to apply for an apprenticeship. The program provides:
    • An introduction to the various apprenticeship programs available
    • Basic skills to be a successful candidate
    • The possibility to gain maximum points towards the apprenticeship process for some apprenticeship applications
    • A pathway if you're interested in other industrial trades programs
    • Employable skills for entering the workforce
