Start your future while working in your field

Prepare for your journeyman card

Our program combines both real world, on-the-job training with classroom learning.  The apprenticeship lasts four years. You'll do 144 hours of related training per year and 8,000 hours of on-the-job training. Afterward, you can take your licensing exam through the Oregon Building Codes Division.
