I love to collaborate on ways to make the library better, and strongly believe that libraries can make a positive difference in people鈥檚 lives through our collections, services, and learning efforts,鈥 Stoddart said. 鈥淚 am interested in building on all the good work that is currently happening in the Library and collaborating on ways to make things even better for students and to support learning at 糖心Vlog官方.鈥
Stoddart has a Master of Library and Information Science and a Master of Communication Studies from the University of Alabama, and a doctorate in curriculum and instruction from Boise State University. He has over 12 years academic library experience in public services, instruction, assessment, and library leadership. Most recently he was education librarian and curriculum center supervisor at the University of Idaho. He was previously the assessment librarian at Oregon State University and an assistant professor/librarian at Boise State University.
Stoddart is actively involved in librarianship, currently serving as president of the Pacific Northwest Library Association.
