The Board of Education delegates to the President the authority to approve the continued employment and compensation of ÌÇÐÄVlog¹Ù·½ employees after retirement from the Public Employee Retirement System (PERS). 

The President shall establish procedures related to work after retirement from PERS consistent with state and federal law.
